THE OPENING
You've found my work, and something in you already knows why.
You're not quite ready to go all in yet, and I appreciate that, because discernment helps you align with what's actually correct for you.
The Opening is where you begin if you want to see what this work is really about before diving all the way in, whether that's a custom Human Design report or a single session to find out what it feels like to be seen this clearly. There's no pressure to go deeper, though most people do.
The Single Session

One hour. One topic. Your chart as the lens.
You bring what's been nagging at you, whether it's burnout, overwhelm, a decision you can't make, or a pattern you keep repeating. We look at it through your Human Design chart and find where you've been working against yourself without knowing it.
You'll leave feeling seen and with a new perspective on the thing you've been circling, like someone just handed you a flashlight.
No ongoing support. No follow up. Just clarity.
The Truth of You

Three sessions. Six weeks. Your Human Design chart as the map.
Something is coming off and you can feel it. The version of you that learned to make herself easy to be around, the one who knew exactly how to keep everyone comfortable. She's getting harder to maintain.

What we do in this container is look at what's actually true about who you are, where you've been shrinking without realizing it, and what your chart has been trying to tell you all along. When you can see that clearly, you stop making decisions for other people and start making them from the truth of who you actually are.
All of you is welcome here. Including the parts that are tired, angry, or done pretending.
Three sessions. Real clarity. And if there's a hard thing to name, I'll name it, kindly and directly.

THE INQUIRY
You've done enough work to know you're ready for more. Maybe you found me through a report, the podcast, or a conversation that left you thinking about it for days after.
You're not afraid of going deep. You just want to do it privately, just you, your chart, and me holding the truth of what I see without looking away, while giving you space to explore what's true without being pushed through a system, and without skipping the grief that surfaces when your identity starts to realign. That grief isn't a problem. Ignoring it is.
Private Coaching

This is for the woman who knows she doesn't just need a session. She needs someone in it with her.
Four sessions a month. Private messaging between calls through a secure portal. Twelve sessions over three months to go as deep as this work actually requires, whether that's identity, relationships, emotions, burnout, the perimenopause unraveling, business, or all of it at once, because it's rarely just one thing.
This is the most intimate container I offer. You bring your whole life and we work with all of it through the lens of your design.

THE UNFOLDING
You've done a certain amount of work on your own, and you've gotten as far as you can from inside your own head. There are things you can't see about yourself until you're in a room with other women who are doing the same excavation, not because they're ahead of you or behind you, but because they're in it too, in their own way, at their own depth.
This is what group work does that nothing else can. Watching someone else name the thing she's been carrying activates something in you. Being witnessed by people who aren't just observing but are themselves in the middle of becoming, that moves something that one on one work sometimes can't reach.
A note on groups: if you're wondering whether you'll get less because it's not one on one, the answer is no. These containers are small and intimate, and the support built into them is real. But if the idea of being witnessed by your peers makes you want to close this tab, that's worth paying attention to. You might not be ready for this yet, and that's okay. The Opening and The Inquiry exist for exactly that reason.
Everyone unfolds at their own pace here. That's not a disclaimer. That's the design.
