The intention of this work is that you leave knowing yourself well enough that you don't need me to tell you who you are or what to do next. That's what we're building toward. And how far you get there in six months depends entirely on how honest you're willing to be with yourself.

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE
Six Months. Six Modules. One Honest Unraveling.
This container has a real structure because real transformation needs a container that can hold it. But structure here does not mean rigid. The first half of the program is designed to let you move at the pace your nervous system actually needs, something most containers claim but rarely mean. The second half gets more focused, more accountable, and more strategic as you start to see who you are becoming and what you want to build from that place.
We move through six modules together:
Self-Worth and Money — dissolving the identity that undercharges and overdelivers, and building your capacity to hold wealth in whatever form is true for you. Money, time, freedom, impact, sovereignty. All of it counts.
Boundaries and Energy — ending martyrdom, overgiving, and the people-pleasing that has been quietly running your business decisions
Clarity and Overwhelm — moving from scattered and exhausted to focused and resourced, so you can actually hear yourself think
Aligned Manifestation — not the good vibes only version. The kind that includes grief, nervous system safety, and the truth of where you actually are
Leadership and Communication — embodying your voice, your visibility, and the heretical truth that is yours to say
Identity and Alignment — integrating your Human Design into how you actually live and operate, not as a theory but as a lived practice
A seventh module closes the container with integration, reflection, and a honest look at what has shifted and what you are carrying forward.
This looks like:
Intimate group calls where you are coached, mirrored, and emotionally held. Calls in the second half of the container move through each module directly, naming the patterns that show up there, how to shift them, and what one real next step looks like for you specifically.
At the opening of every call, we do a money check-in. Not a performance. Just a naming. One place money moved this week, whether that was an unexpected check, a boundary you held, an offer you put out, or a dollar you found in an old coat. We practice noticing. Because what you notice, you can begin to trust.
Transformational conversations that weave together Human Design, nervous system awareness, grief and transition work, inner child work, and practical business support
High-touch support between calls so you are not white-knuckling your transformation alone
Optional 1:1 sessions if you want private depth on money, grief, identity, or business alignment
And then there is the music.
Each module has its own playlist, chosen specifically to support the nervous system work happening in that phase. There is also a dedicated grief playlist for the moments when what is completing itself needs to be felt, not analyzed. And there is a full explanation of why we use music this way, how it works in the brain, and how to use it as a deconditioning tool rather than just background noise.
This approach is rooted in the same methodology behind the Heretical Frequency Report, my original work mapping Human Design to music for somatic deconditioning. Inside this container, it is woven directly into the arc of the program.
This is not a feature. It is part of the methodology. Your body needs to integrate what your mind is learning, and music is one of the most direct ways to get there.
This work changes how you sell, how you receive, how you show up, and how much you allow yourself to hold.
