GUIDE FOR WOMEN ON THE EDGE OF THEIR OWN TRUTH
You still do it.
"I've just got a few errands to run" that turns into forty-five minutes sitting in a parking lot, engine off, radio on, in no hurry to go back inside.
"Catching up on a few things" at your desk long after everyone else has gone home.
It started decades ago, in a different parking lot. "We're out of diapers, I'll run and grab some." Twenty minutes, in and out.
Two hours later: coffee cold, diapers forgotten in the cart.
You didn't get sidetracked then. You're not getting sidetracked now. Being “helpful” is the only permission you've ever given yourself to be alone.
The mask is slipping...
There was a woman who used to be fierce. Bold enough to ask out the person she actually wanted, not the safe one. Bold enough to go after the life she wanted instead of the one that made sense on paper.
You carried her into your marriage, your kids, your job. Somewhere along the way she became the dependable one, the capable one holding everyone's everything together: moods, snacks, bills, car maintenance, permission slips signed before anyone has to ask twice. All while carrying a demanding career of your own, and still getting dinner on the table most nights.
That's not who she was. That's who she became so nothing would fall apart.
You are profoundly, cellularly exhausted. Not tired-from-today. Tired from a decade, or three, of performing a version of yourself you never fully chose.
You're not falling apart. You're just done pretending the mask was ever comfortable.
Let the facade crack. We fill the spaces with gold. The Three Portal Pathways

Meet Aypril
I'm an ICF-certified coach, an end-of-life doula, a Human Design Author, and someone who's been forged in enough fire to know how to sit with you and guide you through your own threshold.
I don't teach Human Design. I teach you how to trust the process of becoming who you actually are. Human Design is just the language I use to make the invisible visible.
I remembered who I was.
“I built my business around industry standards, but they never felt right to me. Through Aypril’s support, I realized I could trust my own path. Not because she told me what to do, but because she held a safe and supportive space for me to remember how to trust myself again.
I am now building a business I love that doesn’t burn me out, and clients are showing up for my most exciting offers, even without heavy promotion.”

“To put into words, let alone a few short sentences of my experience working with Aypril is going to be next to impossible, but here goes! Aypril has taken me on quite the incredible journey of understanding and stepping into my true self, and loving myself again. Throughout our months working together she always held a safe space for me, and we worked together on so so much, which allowed me to grow in ways I never thought possible. Aypril beautifully intertwined human design and coaching! Looking back at myself from when we started to work together to now, I just can’t help but smile. All I can say is I genuinely feel like ME again! I’m forever grateful I reached out to Aypril, and the journey she took me on.”

“I hesitated to join another container after investing in one the year before that didn’t deliver. I had been promised access to the facilitator, but it always felt guarded and inaccessible. The advice I received felt rigid, like there was only one way to approach business.
Working with Aypril was completely different. She answered my questions, but more importantly, she asked me questions that helped me find my own truth. Since working with her, my income has consistently doubled, and often more, compared to before.”
