This coaching space includes brainstorming and processing out loud for verbal processors.
It also includes getting straight to the point when that’s what you need.
There is room here for emotion, grief, uncertainty, frustration, and fear.
There is also honesty.
I hold grounded space for what’s real.
And I will call you forward when you are playing small, people-pleasing, self-sabotaging, over-explaining, or getting in your own way.
Not to shame you.
Not to push you.
But to help you stop negotiating away your truth and make decisions you can actually stand behind.

What Makes This Different
I’m not new to this work.
I’ve been in the entrepreneurial space for over 13 years and have coached hundreds, likely thousands, of people across health, wellness, parenting, Human Design, self-worth, boundaries, burnout, grief, and heart-led business.
I know what it looks like to build something meaningful.
I know what it looks like to burn out doing it.
I know what it looks like to lose yourself.
And I know what it takes to come back.
As a 5/2 Emotional Projector, my strength is not hustle or output.
It’s perception. Pattern recognition. Seeing when something is off long before it falls apart.
I can often see it for you far faster than you can see it for yourself.
That’s also why I have my own coach. No one does this work alone.

Two private 1:1 coaching sessions per month (45–60 minutes)

Advice and options offered when requested, not imposed
Light asynchronous support between sessions for continuity

I don’t provide blueprints, step-by-step strategies, or guarantees of specific outcomes.
I’m not here to manage your business or run your decisions for you.
This is a collaborative coaching relationship that strengthens your decision-making so you don’t need external direction to move forward.
Commitment & Investment
This work is offered as a monthly retainer because clarity and self-trust are built through continuity, not one-off sessions.You can choose:
$997 per month for 3 months
$749 per month for 6 months
Most clients choose the 6-month option because it allows the work to settle, integrate, and compound over time.
This includes two private sessions per month and light asynchronous support.
Spots are limited to preserve depth and quality of support.
